interesting non-bridal project!

i have a project i am working on, and i will post some photos of it. it is a vintage garment that i am altering for a friend. i was lucky enough to find fabric that matched it so closely i am just amazed...could not have found something closer if i had been looking for it! and it is so good to work on something so different for a change!

it is very fragile, and it has very old-fashioned leg o' mutton sleeves that are an odd 3/4 length, that we will change to long sleeves with less of a billowing shoulder puff! it is too big around the top also, so we will make it a little more fitted and it will look great.
