ugly betty and america won a golden globe last night!
i was so happy for them, and especially when america accepted her award, i got all teary too! i love that show so much! i like watching the golden globe awards for the dresses, and they had some really beautiful ones. the one jennifer love hewitt was wearing was among my favorites. i noticed a lot of 'mermaid' skirts. i still get to watch the red carpet though. i love dvr...no blah, blah, blah. i don't care what they THINK, i just wanna see the dresses!

I agree, Ugly Betty is a FANTASTIC show, and i LOVE America so much! She's a wonderful role model on so many levels. I thought "Real Women Have Curves" was the greatest.

I saw repeats of the show today on E! and I loved all the "greecian" style high waisted gold cord wrapped stuff- so lovely! Meryl Streep looked very pale in hers though- maybe it was the wrong color for her? J Lo was elegant as usual!! Very nice stuff! Wish I had their figures!! America even has a waistline!! LOL!!

wasn't america beautiful on the golden globes? i like her so much...she WAS great on real women..." i liked that movie 'cause the sweat shop was EXACTLY how they are! there really did seem to be a lot of teh 'grecian style' dress didn't there?! i thought so at the time too.
