how i feel lately!

i have been sewing so much lately, it feels like this....life spinning out of control. fortunately, i am going to get the heck out of dodge...i'm going to graceland, graceland, memphis tennessee, i'm going to graceland! this would be where my sister shrieks at me, "STOP SINGING!" ( i don't sing very well!) i am going to be taking a trip to memphis with my husband, and see the sights, go see 'the king', and eat my way through this city of great barbeque! mmm...i can't wait!

here in this spinning photo slide show, are the cover-ups i made for my friend dena from the beautiful fabric she brought back from turkey that i posted earlier in the month. i promised to post them when i finished, and this slide thing is something i had been wanting to give a try! kind of a fun thing, like the mosaics on flickr. i keep having problems with flickr though, so i tried this first.

this morning, i also tried to 'trick out' my new myspace page that my daughter set up for me...THAT was a dismal failure! i can't figure the thing out! i was going to use it to post some bellydance things i have, but 'till i can have her take me by the hand and walk me through it, i guess it will just have to wait.
