latin spice

we finally got around to taking pictures in our costumes of our duet "latin spice". this is me and my dance partner, whose hubby was kind enough to play along and take the photos for us.

i sewed our tops, and the glitter-dots onto the skirts, (i did make my skirt...it is the one i previously had a purple stripey border on it and wore here. i changed it to make us match!) the arm sleeves ruffles, and the little glitter-dot roses in our hair and on our tops. and the gold shiney fabric under the candles to the right is one of our liquid gold veils that we use. i love our costumes!

well, it is in the forecast for us to get snow this weekend...i don't want it to snow! i have tickets to a show tomorrow! my cute little mustang is USELESS in snow! i guess if it snows, all there is to do is try to take pretty pictures of it, and drink hot chocolate! and maybe bake some pretty scones to go with the hot chocolate!
