"babies" movie poster

yesterday i watched this movie with my daughter, while she was home sick from work. it was really an interesting movie! four babies from four different parts of the world, were documented from the time they emerged from the womb, to the time they took their first steps. it was very interesting how we are all so similar in how we grow, even when the environment around each baby was very different. i was fascinated by the differences in the surroundings...two babies were in cities, and two were in very much isolated areas. there isn't any narration on the movie, just the images of the babies and sometimes a soundtrack. it isn't very long, only an hour and 19 minutes, but it was a very good movie. i have lots of friends with toddlers that said their child really loved the movie too!
